This office is absolutely terrible. They never show up in court to defend your ticket. All they ever do is postpone the court date again and again, wasting your time. I was shocked to find out that nobody from their office even appeared in court for me, and I ended up guilty for something that should have been easily handled. The whole place seems to be run by a few very old ladies who constantly make excuses about why they can’t go to court “because of their situation.” Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. If you want real legal help, stay far away from Terri B. Kalker’s office.

Terri B. Kalker’s office has no real ability to defend even the simplest ticket. They don’t understand the traffic codes, have no idea how to respond to a judge, and clearly lack basic courtroom knowledge. All they do is postpone court dates, then pretend they showed up when they didn’t. Completely unprepared, unprofessional, and careless. Avoid this office if you value your time or your case.
