If I could leave a 0 or minus star I would they are absolute worst they knew of our closing for July 8 on june 17. We wanted back to back closings with a house we sold and we where purchasing a piece of land to build a house on our money was wired July 8 they never said they could not close with the sellers of the land on July 8 the day our money was wired from our closing to them. .. we could have postponed our house closing to the date of the land closing as we would have no place to live!!!!they lied about the date of mailing documents this was a simple cash land purchase …our title company did 90% of the work all they had to do was get sellers to sign dead they never returned calls to the title company finally got dead on July 20. costing us time and money as we could do nothing wit

Terri Atkins Wilson, P.C., did an excellent job of helping us with a challenging closing for an investment property. I would highly recommend her. She also is a very upbeat people person who engages with the local community. Recently she generously supported our Farmville Rotary service project - a bake sale and raffle- to benefit Piedmont Habitat for Humanity. It so happens she turned out to be our first prize winner and received a locally made Oreo cheesecake!

They took our money for a consultation said it would be an easy contract to draw up. Then they ghosted us.. I made 4 attempts to contact a month later nothing.. and the front desk is rude. Do not waste your time or money cus if they dont want your business theylle take your money and not tell you anything.

The company will help write a 30-day notice for people who have bought houses with living tenants in it, but then they help protect those new owners when they break in an illegally evict tenants. Shady, sheisty, lying and manipulative. I guess if you're looking for a nice dirty lawyer, this is the place for you SMFH Absolutely appalled, no morals whatsoever. I've been an actual victim myself. Don't count on Prince Edwards sheriff's department to do anything either, especially if they know the owners because they won't do anything and just suggest that you take it to court

Can't be bothered to return an initial phone call in a weeks time! Who needs that? If you need an attorney, I'd look elsewhere. There are certainly plenty of attorneys in Farmville and surrounding towns. This place is a total waste if time.
