I have reached out so many times to this law office after paying almost 2 grand to get my record expunged and whoever answers the phone is rude and just won’t give me an answer. At this point I’d like my money back so someone that has the time can do it. It’s been months with zero communication and reassurance. The only time you guys can communicate is when I’m paying you but are SILENT when I’m asking about the progress of what I paid for ??

I hired Donya Taylor to expunge my record. No one there will answer the phone even when I get an answer. Somebody tells me it’s the other person‘s job or it’s the next person‘s job or nobody knows what’s going on in this law firm because they are all ignorant. Do not pay them to do anything for you because you will not get it done in a fashionable amount of time and you will be lied to him, misled the entire time pitiful excuse for a law firm specially for something so easy. In fact, I have paid you the money for you to expunge my Evansville record. I paid you back in October the 787.10 Wednesday, October 15, 2025 and your staff never reaches out to me so I don’t know why I would need to communicate with them I think your priorities are wrong. You got time to respond to these messages but

I can't give her enough praise, this lady worked hard and got me home to my family. My wife recommended her and I can't ever thank her enough .. if you have serious felonies lay your hands on Mrs. Taylor she will not stop fighting and the communication between her and my wife while I was incarcerated and she returned phone calls daily up until modification and was very prepared and well organized. I can't thank her enough or her secretary KT she knows how to take particular notes and stays focused and on her game no matter how many times I call she is always delightful and more than ready to handle buisness. She also makes sure Dawnya is very aware and then the coming and seeing me while incarcerated multiple times in another county and then here in Vanderburgh and also worked well with

Absolute worst Attorney we have ever come across. Seems that she doesn’t have any ethics or morals, especially when it comes to her clients. She lies about not being in the office ( well, her secretary, Katie did for her ) as her secretary, forgets to put the phone on hold and they’re having a 15 minute conversation about puppies instead of doing anything for her clients that’s been reaching out to her for six months. She does not call them back. She does not go and visit them and her secretary just screamed so loud on the phone my children heard it all while being recorded. Most unprofessional law practice I’ve ever seen! Do better :/
