Mailed forms and tax documents. Receiving was delayed due their picking up mail on designated days. Received my documents four days ago and they have failed to contact me. No phone calls or emails. The Springfield office is more reliable than this office. If you have issues with a tax return and need to contact Tax Advocate Services use the Springfield office. I was contact within a day of their receiving my second envelope just in case the Chicago office didn’t. This office is unreliable. This office failed to follow up. Do not recommend.
The service is horrible, they say they for the people, I can't tell they are hard to talk to when it comes to taking care of your case.
