Got hit by the IRS with a $25k tax bill. Even though I sent in all the documentation supporting my tax deductions to the IRS they ignored them and continued with the threatening letters. Hired Michael Krus who took over. Took the IRS to court and he got my tax bill down to $0! He was always available or responded quickly with any questions I had along the way.
