Extremely rude while closing on my house. Kept making sarcastic and demeaning comments to my wife and I while trying to close on our house.

Mr. Rushing was going to get back in touch with us for whatever he found out about the matter at hand. Never got in touch with us. Never returned the 5 phone calls to his office. Yet he managed to bill us! His secretary would never respond to calls either. Only wanted money, never did anything for us.

A knowledgeable Law firm representing our Beautiful City! They took the time to explain everything clearly and were open to discussing our estate planning options! Taking our individual needs into account was more than I’d ever expected to receive. Compassionate and welcoming from the moment we entered their office!! I’m referring everyone who is in need of these services.

No real issues with the actual closing. They may be great to work with if you are an agent. But if you are a seller, zero contact! No response to online email inquiry. Voice mail I was forwarded to was full. When the agent had someone call me I missed the call and she spouted an email address so fast that I couldn't understand it and said "for faster service email". Did not even see a HUD-1 to review prior to closing.

Guardianships and conservatorships can be confusing, cruel, and you really get to know what the meaning of greed is - as well as who's really family. We've been dealing with the horrible system for the past couple of years and it's still not over - even though our loved one is passed.
