I am not sure how this firm is rated so high. My experience was otherwise. I tried to contact the firm in September 2025 (just got a chance to write a review now). I submitted the consultation request through their website, and then called them twice during the following 2 weeks and left a voice message. Nobody ever replied back to me. First time I got such experience with a law firm.
