At the very beginning "Oh yes we can help you, don't worry!" Paid for the application fee which they did and I am very grateful for that. After that it is "No, nothing we can do you need to get a real immigration attorney, we just file the application!?! Gave me all my paperwork back and did not keep a copy of any of the work or correspondence related to my case....
