I was refer to T Madden & Associates by a family member. I had a pleasant experience with T Madden & Associates specifically with my attorney Monike. She was thorough, consistently check in with me and communicated everything at every step. I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and more importantly her kindness and patience with me in walking me through this entire process since this was all new to me and had no idea what to expect or needed to be done. Prayfully I don’t find myself in this situation again but if I do I’m going to Monike first. Monike, thank you.

I had an excellent experience with my case manager, Monike. She consistently provided outstanding customer service, was responsive and reliable, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her professionalism and consistency made the process much smoother and gave me confidence that my case was being handled with care. I truly appreciate Monike’s dedication and support.

Monike was great. She kept me and my son informed every step of the way. I didn’t have to guess what was happening, she would call or text to keep us updated. And if I had to reach out to her she quickly responded back. Just an all around great experience. I hate that my son was involved in a car accident but glad I found her. Thanks for everything.

WARNING‼️ ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I would not give this company any stars if I could. WHERE DO I BEGIN: 1. Their percentage is too high 44% ( I learned this is highway robbery). 2. I had several people/ case managers that would start the case and then leave the company. As one person admitted to me because of this they dropped the ball on my case by not following up allowing my medical expenses to get up to 10k. 3. They ended up getting paid out for the case a long time prior to paying me out which took 2 years. 4. I only received 10k in the end after 5 bulging discs. Living in pain everyday. 5. They held $1,500 for medical expenses that were calculated to approximately $600 for tricare. 6. There isn’t any follow through. I have signed two HIPPA forms for them. It took time, but the service was great. The first representative assigned to the case was slow, so I had to gather and email all my bills myself. Each week, I called to move the case forward. She was fired later, but separate from that, the service was good.
