T. Alan Hart General Practice Lawyer, Go See Alan

I have called more than once asking to have my call returned and have given great detail as to why I need an attorney. Each time that I have called I was assured that Mr. Hart would return my call. I have yet to receive a return call and am very unhappy. I have now contacted another attorney that has been very attentive to the matter at hand. I would not recommend anyone contact Mr. Hart if you need a timely response. I finally got to talk to Mr. Hart today (11/19/2019) and all he could say was call legal aid. I would definitely not recommend this attorney should you need one.

I've known Mr. Hart for several decades and over the years, because I've always found him to be honest and forthright, I've sought his advice and engaged him on real estate legal matters, i.e., closings/HUD documents, title searches, and deed transfers, and most recently Wills and Trust Fund issues. I've found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in these areas and have been very pleased with his work product. There are many attorneys in my area (near Houston) but because I know I can trust him to steer me in the right direction, I'll continue to call on Mr. Hart for legal advice and/or representation, if needed.

I contacted Mr. Hart regarding a real estate matter, with the intention of procuring his services. Not only did Mr. Hart inform me that I didn't actually need an attorney to address the matter, he advised me on what path I might take to resolve the issue myself, without having to pay attorney's fees. This kind of honesty and integrity is, in my opinion, rare these days, and it is for this reason that I will, in the future, return to Mr. Hart for my legal needs.

Alan and Laura are exceptional individuals. They are highly skilled, professional, prompt, thorough and courteous. I highly recommend them for consultation regarding your legal guidance needs.

Clearly NOT an attorney you want to use for family court,admitted he was personal friends with the judge and had no interest in assisting his client since he was getting paid regardless.Does not believe what is in the best interest of children even disabled ones,only what is in the best interest of the court. Candidly stated that even if you are a paraplegic if you can't pay child support you should and will go to jail. Asked why we couldn't give our disabled daughter's ssi check over for child support! Seems to be a delusional perhaps senile man who thinks someone can hold a job as a cook when they only have the use of one arm?! DON'T waste your time with this bottom feeder!
