I was seeking a probate attorney so I called Swigert's office because they were close. $375 just for a consultation. And his secretary could definitely benefit from several classes in customer service. She would do well to drop the snobbish, indifferent tone.....lost me as a client in 30 seconds. That must be some kind of record. So, I visited a very well known probate attorney in town, John Merritt. Free Consultation, very nice staff. Done.
Brett Swigert hamdles our wills. He is knowlegable, very approachable, listens and gives awesome advice.
