Very happy with their services. They were professional, reasonably priced and quick. I contacted them about having someone served, filled out the order form on their website and they had them served within two days. I could not be more impressed with them. I will use them in the future when I need process serving in the Redwood area.

I hired this company 2 weeks ago to serve a lawsuit. I gave them two addresses and told them if the first didn't work go to the second, which is the place of business. Unfortunately it's taken them 2 weeks to go to the business. The low price of service seemed nice, but at this point I'm about to get in the car with my buddy and drive 13 hours to serve the papers myself. Hopefully something changes soon and I can update this review

There was a miscommunication that put us in a difficult spot, but they chose to work with us to resolve the issue, even though they didn’t have to. Their flexibility allowed us to keep our client happy, and their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Thank you to Don and his team for going above and beyond.

This place is amazing. I called around 1pm requesting service by 4:30 pm and they were extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and served documents prior to 4pm! Would recommend them to anyone! Big shout out to Sheena and the gentleman working phones in the process service department on 10-10-25 (did not catch his name) :)

I emailed them a few times with a few questions. They told me once to refer to their FAQ and help pages and they never replied after that. Court webpage says to ask EFSP/Swift Legal questions and Swift Legal ignores my questions. FYI: their FAQ and help pages did not help.
