Kevin Stinn is very knowledgeable, reasonable and rational. He is well-rounded and well-liked in the legal community and his ability to handle things outside of the courtroom is far better than most attorneys I’ve ever encountered.

Would absolutely not recommend. Hired for a custody battle. Paid $2500 deposit, another $6-700 back in 2018, not even a months worth of work…. Couldn’t even get us into the court room on our scheduled court date. Kevin then billed an additional $500 on top of the already paid bills. You’re better going in without a lawyer than to hire him.

I would highly recommend Swartz Law Firm in Waukon, Iowa. Jeff is always so attentive to our questions and is very thorough in his work and feedback. We have had nothing but positive experiences!
