Worst attorney ever. Went through a divorce years ago. My doctor even requested an emergency divorce and it ended up taking almost TWO YEARS! Each time going to court I always saw my ex-husband and his attorney talking during breaks. Suzanne never came to talk to me! She even changed law firms in the middle of my case! If I could give a zero, I would!

If I was asked should I use Suzanne for my divorce attorney,I would have to tell them NO. I had her as my attorney and she did nothing to help me. She actually was arguing for my soon to be ex-wife about I should just go ahead and pay her spousal support,when I initially talked with Suzanne about my case she told me that it would cost $1,000 then have way through my divorce she sends me a bill for an additional $ 1,500 and because I was unable to pay her because my checks are being garnished to pay child support and spousal support at 65% a week she filed a motion to withdraw from my case. I didn't argue about it,yesterday I got a letter from a collection agency about the 1500 that I supposedly owe her , so if you week to ask me don't use her unless you just want to throw your money away a

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible communication, never returned calls or emails, etc...I had to threaten her with going to another attorney to even get a response. She kept dragging the case out and after 2 years of being nickle & dimed by her, I switched to another attorney (Leah Gagne). Leah accomplished everything I needed and more in 2 weeks. It would have been sooner, but she was out of town the week I hired her. I don't know how Suzanne is still practicing law.

I was assigned to Suzanne by the court to be the limited case manager. It has been over a year and she has not completed a report I can go back to court with. When trying to reach out she kept saying would be ready next week time and time again. As of late she will not even answer phone, return calls or e-mails. Now I have to go back to court and request a new case manager and start process all over again after a year of waiting.

If I could give a negative rating on Suzanne Dwyer, I would give her a -10. Had an appointment with her at 9:00 am in the morning and her assistant said that she was in court at 8:30 am. I waited and finally left and never heard from her. This was my first meeting with her. If you are smart, I wouldn't go to her.
