She is always helpful and good judgement from the former judge. Susan has done more for my family and me than most. The law firm is one of the best.

My experience was the worst. Susan called me back and was extremely rude, completely ignoring my request to process the ticket that was submitted. After subjecting me to her bad attitude, she hung up. I'm extremely relieved that we didn't choose to go with this lawyer. If a person can't even communicate on the phone, I doubt they would handle things well in court with a judge! I hope this law firm improves its customer service.

It is taking forever for her to finish the selling of our inheritance. Come on mom has died coming up on 4 years. She is very rude, doesn't return phone calls., and does a horrible job of keeping you informed. If she can't do the job then tell us.

Would not use her even if she was my only option.

If you want to be talked down to and treated like you are an inconvenience then go here. Otherwise stay clear.
