I don’t even know how to put into words how truly incredible Susan is not just as a lawyer, but as a person. About a year and a half ago, I called her in the middle of a snowstorm, completely overwhelmed and in tears. She brought paperwork for another client the first time we went to court. The second and final time we went to court she fell asleep during the hearing. I had to tell her my case every single time we spoke, constantly reminding her of what my name was and what my case was about. She also has an ex lawyer as her "brute" that tries to manipulate people. Run away she actually denied falling asleep to me. The magistrate called her out. She should have her license revoked.

Do not use her. My Son has had a child custody case with her since last November. He is still paying child support and he has his children. He has asked over and over again to have the support stopped and she has done nothing. She keeps telling him she has the paperwork and comes up with excuse after excuse on not getting this done. This has been going on for 5 months now. We are ready to file a complaint with the Akron Bar Association.
