DO NOT HIRE. ABSOLUTELY HORRID. Was hired, she did paperwork her way not listening to client, putting in absurd information and when she was corrected she withdrew herself A DAY from mediation because she didn’t want to correct herself and be WRONG.
Susan Beecher was knowelagble, helpful and patient. Also answered the phone whenever we called.
