Sullivan & Sullivan, PLLC - Attorney Frank Sullivan, III

I called and the receptionist answered. As I started explaining our situation I mentioned that we already had an attorney representing us. I was calling to see if Sullivan & Sullivan could review the case and see if they could help us. If they could, we would drop our existing attorney. Before I could provide any information about the case the lady rudely interrupted me and said "Frank can't help you if you already have an attorney" I said, well, we are willing to switch IF Frank can help but you rudely interrupted me. She said "sorry" and I hung up. The call was only 45 seconds long in total, she didn't care to hear what I had to say or even consider helping us. Btw, I never leave reviews but felt this was necessary especially when she didn't take the time to hear what I had to say.

Can’t get a follow up phone call back after he took the money to handle a case. Would be appreciative if there will be some follow through on the backend as per agreed. Lack of communication and professionalism. I have left over 10 phone calls and multiple emails over the last year without any return.

This lawyer is a complete nightmare. He has been working on a probate case for 8 years that only needs one signature. Now the second party has died in the mean time and I have inherited working with this horrible excuse for a lawyer. Three months and not one return phone call! I call weekly! He is always "in court"! Do yourself a favor and pick anyone else!
