I’m honestly disappointed with my experience. I waited months for an answer on whether they could take my case. I was told that I had answered all their questions and that I had a lot of information that would help. Then, after all that waiting, when I followed up, I learned the decision had been made a week earlier, yet I wasn’t notified. I was told suddenly that I didn’t have enough information, that I needed a blood test, and that they only handle the medical side of mold cases. It felt like the communication was very inconsistent. If they knew from the beginning that they needed certain medical proof or a specific mold species, that should’ve been explained upfront instead of making me wait so long thinking my case was strong. I feel like I wasted time when I could’ve been looking for

After attending one hearing, the case was dropped on behalf of the other party. Yet, I paid for extensive services that were not necessary in the end. None of my money was returned. I would suggest finding a lawyer that will treat you fairly in circumstances like these. I paid $3500 For a total of 20 minutes in court.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place will take your money and put you in circles Scott Suggs does not fill his clients in on what he’s doing he’ll leave you blindsided and it’s unprofessional
