I was initially impressed when Charles Sturm reached back out to me personally regarding my case. During our initial conversation, they seemed genuinely interested and requested extensive documentation to evaluate my situation. I promptly provided all requested evidence and materials over multiple rounds of requests, investing considerable time and effort to compile everything they asked for. If you are looking for an attorney that keeps his word and delivers the results that he told you he would give you from the first day he met you then Charles is that guy. not only is he extremely professional but he makes you feel comfortable with the normal long pauses in between hearing from your attorney while they are working on your case.
