Overall my experience with this was very poor. I have been going back and forth between Stultz & Stephan and The Ohio Attorney Generals Office for months trying to get my balance settled for something that was poorly communicated with from the start. Stultz gave me incorrect information which would have then led my balance to be even more all while I had been trying to follow up with them weekly on my situation.
