Excellent estate planning attorney. Howard Stross and Sabrina Casagrande are wonderful. They have the experience to help their clients make the best estate planning decisions and the compassion to make sure each client is well cared for.

This office charge my clients $750 for a settlement fee for closing a real estate transaction. The fee to the buyer was also $100 higher than the fee charged to the seller. The highest I have ever seen in 13 years of real estate. Communication during the process was poor. I would not recommend using them for a real estate closing. When asked to adjust the fee for the newlywed couple, 1st time home buyer that was told to expect a $450 fee. The response was “we are a small office and have to charge more than other big title companies”. I guess this is how you stay small.

SADLY, AS OF THE DATE OF THID REVIEW, COMMUNICATION WITH ANYONE OF THE LAWYERS HAS BEEN EXTREEMLY POOR AND NON EXISTANT... AFTER TWO(2) PHONE CALLS AND A QUICK VISIT ASKING FOR A LAWER MEMBER TO RETURN MY CALL,I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM A MEMBER WHO CAUSED THE CONFUSION WITH ANYTHING BUT AN APOLOGY...SIMPLY SEVERAL EXCUSES.. WHY IS IT THAT SOME SO CALLED "PROFESSIONALS" HAVE A POOR "EXCUSE" RATHER THAN SIMPLY ADMITTING THE MISTAKE AND BEING PERSONALLY INVOLVED AND BEING PART OF THE SOLUTION??? ANYWAY I AM AWAITING A SECOND REQUEST GIVEN AGAIN THIS MORNING TO HAVE A LAWFIRM MEMBER RETURN MY CALL.... LETS HOPE FOR A QUICK,HONEST,NON COMPLICATED REPLY... SOO SOO SAD!
