They like to rob the lower class. They charge us unnecessary HOA fees, just so they can hire their own lawyers to go after homeowners that are not paying their fees. If you don’t pay, they put a lien on your home. Here we are a year later and they still haven’t returned our fees that they promised.

Met with Mr. Turner regarding about some probate issues and he asked me some basic questions. Thankfully he didn't keep me long as I had made the whole process in my out to be a big scary thing and he allayed my fears quickly.
