My husband and I cannot thank this law firm enough! We worked with Nate Stratton and Sydney Story, they represented us in a child custody case for my step kids. They both worked so hard for us and got exactly what we wanted! They stand up for what is best for the kids and fight for that! We will forever be thankful to Nate and Sydney for helping us get full physical custody!

I tried to have them help me get my items back from a house I lived in for over 27yrs. My roommate changed the locks even though the house was still in my name the police couldn’t help. But they decided a letter might help to get it , long story short, my own sister lied to the lawyer as well as the landlord, the lawyer made arrangements for my son to get a couple things when I still have several things at that house and no one would help me get it, the arrangement made was impossible my son was about to have a child, only come to town about once a year. So when I get my final bill it was $200 I put down a deposit of $400 so when I asked for the other $200 back I was charged for the deposit from my credit card $100 and a bunch of other bogus fees. I would not trust these lawyers ever again

Nate is an awful deceitful attorney!! Says things then turns around and does something different.as well as has his law clerk not change what you as them to change. Stay far away from this firm, they won’t even try to help you, and they go against you to believe many lies from others that are stealing from you.that’s fine if they don’t want to help, I will find someone who will help her, they just steal your money just like the person who stole my friends belongings. Even if you can provide proof they don’t even want to see it!!!!! She has a lot of proof, find someone who will be at least a little decent and help you. Joel Carlson did absolutely nothing to help me with my child custody case. He didn't listen to anything I had to say and made me feel as if all my ideas were stupid and he refused to even try to help. I paid him alit of money for him to do nothing. He was more interested in helping the other team get a better deal. He did not have any compassion for myself or my daughter. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN

Joel is a horrible attorney with no ethics. He joyfully allowed his client to obtain an affidavit from her husband's dead mother's husband for use in the divorce. For no purpose other than to reopen the wound of my friend losing his mother to cancer less than 2 years prior. This is sick and unethical. This man should resign immediately.
