Absolutely would NOT recommend! I called today to speak with Darlene Toolin regarding paperwork that was sent to my family. After her speaking over me multiple times she, ultimately, hung up on me! Call for clarification of a VERY important matter and get that in response? HIGHLY unprofessional.

I write this review for Jessica Bulos, a senior attorney with Stotler Hayes; though, this review should also speak to the character of attorneys at the firm, if not a role model to look up to. Typical attorneys are smart, arrogant, expensive and difficult to deal with.. Not so with Ms. Bulos. Jessica Bulos brought a Medicaid problem to my office that my client had to deal with. She represented the extended care facility and I the grand-daughter who did her best to care for her grand-mother. Ms. Bulos quickly realized that Medicaid did something in the renewal process and she had the expertise to help. We decided to work collaboratively and solve the problem for our clients.
