The receptionist is amazing. Otherwise Britt has horrible communication, is primarily concerned with his own agendas and charges a fortune to be very unconcerned about matters you sought him for. While waiting on a meeting with him to rush me through and not hear my concerns, I witnessed another client making the same complaints to the receptionist! You can’t pay someone to care.

Very good at "churning the pot". Took three weeks or more to answer an email, but had no problem getting the bills to the client. I especially liked being charged for his reading my emails, but not responding.

Brandon Stone is a bulldog in the court room, I cannot explain how he completely relieved any and all anxiety we had about our case and made a bad situation so much more bearable. Him and Clyde Bailey are the “dynamic duo” for sure! And I would recommend Mr Stone to anyone! He absolutely won’t disappoint and will go to the ends of the earth to assure your case is handle appropriately and professionally!

Terrible at communication. Specifically asked if we needed to be at court at 8am. This lawyer told me 1:30. My son had no family at the preliminary hearing. I'm sure that looked bad in court. Apparently court appointed attorneys earn their terrible reputations.

This firm is very professional. Attorney Britt and his staff have treated me with the upmost respect. The communication and level of care they provide in the issues I have brought them have been top notch
