Best attorney in the State of Oregon. Has moral fiber, the tenacity of a great white shark, not afraid to fight the (good ol' boy's in their own club). Frank is who you want on your defense team. He has ETHICS which is sorely lacking in the vast majority of attorney's these days. I can't say enough great things about Frank's character and professionalism.
