Our estate planning needs weren’t really “planned”. It was a last minute emergency situation with my mother in law going into a nursing home and my father in law needing to figure out how to financially manage the whole thing - we didn’t have a lot of time to react and absolutely nothing had been done to prepare , so we were completely overwhelmed. We went to a wonderful free seminar at Parkville's Mid-Continent Public Library and decided to go for the free personal consultation at Stockton & Kandt. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sarah was able to gather all the information needed and recommended a revocable living trust. The whole process was easier than I thought, only 3 meetings: free consultation, design meeting and document signing! Great staff! Kudos to Sarah & Palmer! They really made estate planning easy!
