Smart, hard-working people with great smiles and a unique, dare I say "fun", energy! They helped me set up a trust for my mother. They stood strong for my mother's wishes over some very differing opinions from other family members. I was so glad we got this settled while mom was still here to spell out her wishes. Stinson Law firm prepared a trust for my Mother and I was designated the successor trustee. Throughout the process Jeff and his team were professional, kind, and competent. I am not an attorney but I am a trustee on several trusts and have a fair amount of experience with trusts in California, Indiana, and Arizona. Their service was absolutely the best that I have ever had experience with. In matters of elder law I feel you cannot find a better, more reasonable law firm in Indiana. Absolutely five star!

Just Odd. Sister is Trustee. I asked for inventory multiple times on the Trust. I received a paper with a total of about 5 bank accounts. No inventory on my parents assets. My goal - what did my Sister do with the proceeds to the sale of their house. No one will provide that information. That question has been ignored multiple times. It is a reasonable question. With the denial to answer that question, I believe the Stinson Law firm is protecting my Sister. If it was handled the way my parents wished, it should be a very simple and quick answer. Documentation should be available to prove it was included in the final inventory. It's sad that a law firm will not answer a very pointed question about the inventory of this trust.

This team deserves more than a 5 star.. during some of my hardest struggles they were there nonstop to help make sure everything went smoothly along with keeping me educated with every step through the process.I hardly write reviews but I give them a huge round of applause and can’t thank them enough for their wonderful service.. 😀👍👍
