Linda Whalen is the worst attorney for family court (divorce) I’ve ever experienced. I can’t provide feedback on the rest of the practice but she did not have my best interest in mind. She took advantage of my vulnerability and quickly lost my trust. My ex had an affair and still got exclusive possession of my home. I was the bread winner and the head of household. What I heard from other attorneys was “this a Slam dunk”. I went with her based on her “understanding” and confidence in my case. She shows compassion and caring when you first meet her. Saying she would “do the b**** slapping for me”, which was to expected considering how easy of a case this is. All of a sudden I’m nearly 5 figures deep into her and all she did for me was an address change, everything else she lost. Linda Whale

If i could mark a zero i would. How does a divorce settlement get so overlooked by a so called professional that the other half continues to have equity 3 years after the initial settlement. I would never recommend Mike Stewart to anyone. Infact i advise anyone to stay away unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

I have known Michael for 60 years. He is the best in what he does.
