I would give zero stars if I was able to. We spent one full week trying to reach out to this company, leaving voicemails on two different phones for them to finally call back one week later for the receptionist to then get an attitude with me for calling out the fact that they are unprofessional and not returning phone calls in a timely manner. She then proceeded to try and say that she’s the only one that answers calls. She’s on the phone all day long blah blah blah. Doubtful that you’re on the phone all day long to the point where you can’t return peoples phone calls within a 48 hour time period. You’re that busy with the phones maybe you should start answering them more regularly and not have Friday a blackout day of not even answering phones at all .You need a GAL try and go somewhere

Truly the worst experience I've ever had. I temporarily lost custody of my oldest due to 100% HER negligence. My records show that I've called and emailed Sally 58 times. She's answered 3 times. She's VERY biased. Cannot help you in emergencies. Thankfully I have custody returned. Sally is not reliable at most. She's a judges daughter and just skirts by. BE EXTREMELY WARY.

If I could leave a negative star review, I’d leave it a thousand times over. Sally was appointed as a guardian at litem, at my request for a GAL, due to the crystal clear parental alienation that was taking place in my custody case. Due to confidentiality, I will not get into the specifics of the case, but her performance in this case warrants a complaint with the Indiana Judicial Branch, which will be my next step, and hopefully an investigation into her performance as a GAL. Her lack of expertise in this field was overwhelming. She was so cocky, and arrogant, with nothing to back it up. The job of a Guardian at Litem is to be the voice of the children, and yet she didn’t even speak to the kids a couple of weeks before her report was due to the court. TWO WEEKS. Worst experience we have ever had with an attorney, negligent, biased does not take facts into consideration… Quick to take your money, but won’t return phone calls left a week prior. Absolutely disgusted in the level of service, or quality of service. Does not do her due diligence and investigation as needed. Utterly disgusted

Worst experience I have ever had. Doesn't vet out any information. Just another way to bilk folks out of money when there are sensitive issues at hand. Office staff (Beth) is EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. What a sham.
