Called to talk about a case that Steve has been dragging his butt on. He wouldn’t come to the phone and talk to me and when I kept asking questions, Heather hung up on me. Very rude very ignorant firm - he promises to call people back but he never does. Update: mr. Tinti found time to send me an admonishing email for this Online review and supposedly my unprofessional behavior. It’s his office who actually hung up on me. I wasn’t trying to get proprietary information. I was just trying to nudge Mr. Tinti to call back somebody he has been promising to call back for weeks, but never does. This guy deserves a zero! Gave him paperwork 6 weeks ago to perform a 10 minute job, and HE STILL HASN'T DONE IT. It's just lie after lie, excuse after excuse. Completely incompetent. Stay away at all costs!!!

I purchased my home and 80 acres of property and there are two roads that cross my property and no easements in place. I contacted the attorney who did the legal work for the title company to see what was going on? I was originally told only 5-6 people used the road to get to there camp. The number is more like 22-30 people cross my property to get to there camp or home and none of them have an easement on file. I called Mr. Tinti about a year after buying the property and he told this was the most screwed up or upside down neighborhood in Iron Co. Michigan. Which I thought was strange seeing as I got a mortgage and the property was 450K and Mr Tinti's office did the legal work. Tinti told me I should ignore his client breaking the law – as both parties would benefit from doing this as this illegal act would reduce the real estate taxes I pay on the property? The facts are: I paid $57,000.00 for land and his clients registered the sale at register of deeds for only $10,000.00. I spoke with Tinti at a Lake Township, Menominee County board meeting. He pushed the issue off. I then wrote Tinti letters: he ignored. I then hired an attorney who sent him a letter. He ignored that too. I told him this causes issues when I go to sell land, if I sell, as it would add $47,000.00 to capital gains resulting in paying more taxes on that sale than should be.
