My experience w him shows he doesn’t do his SDCodified law homework and spews false SDCL at ppl in effort to justify his letter writing tactics of intimidation. Don’t trust him any more even though he has list of towns he acts as legal rep for. If you ever get a letter w SDCL # citations… look em up online to confirm they relate to case he is citing. A freshman law student can do better!
