Be careful closing on your property with this company , they closed on my property a year ago in April 2024 and now HUD is sending me notices claiming i owe $17k on a second mortgage which should've been paid and resolved at closing. Marlene was the person who assisted me with the closing and apparently nobody is aware of this upcoming balance i tired to contact the ins company for the title company and file an E&O claim which was also denied ,So basically i am left with this balance of $17000 for a house sold last year and now is when i am receiving notifications for this matter. Very unprofessional and extreme negligence and they wont do anything to help resolve this matter. Just posting this for awareness for future clients.
