We’ve been closing with Sterling Law in Raleigh for a while now and have always had a great experience. The team is professional, organized, and keeps the closing process smooth every time. Wray Harrison is fantastic to work with and truly one of the best real estate attorneys in town.

From my first interaction with Sterling Law and now to the completion of a property sale - I could not have been more impressed. I was the seller of the property and lived on the other side of the country (different time zone). Sterling Law provided a clear, concise, and low stress property closing by not only fully representing their clients (buyers) to the fullest degree but by maintaining an ethical relationship with me (seller) and not hesitating to answer any questions that arose on my side. *Not to mention being extremely prompt - which is often pivotal in real estate transactions. Sterling Law (Wray Harrison) is one of the primary attorneys I use for Real Estate closings. Steven Rankin is the Primary Processor/Paralegal that we work directly with. He has a "can do" attitude and does everything he can to help get clients to the finish line. One the fire drill closings and he's always doing his best to accommodate so there is no impact to the buyer and seller. Would highly recommend.
