Frances is the best in the Meridian area! She fights for her clients and I've never seen her lose a case. I saw what she can do with a family member, so I met with her for my divorce. She handled business and defended me to ensure they my ex didn't railroad me. She and her office staff are highly responsive and made sure my questions were answered promptly. I would recommend Frances Stephenson a thousand times over!

My husband and I came in for a consultation and Francis was very rude. She called us stupid for signing papers and made it seem like nothing we said mattered. Then when I said “So you are telling me there is nothing we can do?” She got an attitude and said “NO! I never said that!!” VERY RUDE and unprofessional. Would never recommend anyone to come here. She let us schedule an appointment to pay her but once we stated our issue, she said she doesn’t have time for our case and we should go somewhere else.

She has always allowed me to voice what I wanted, then laid out options of what I am allowed to do under mississippi law.
