honestly, i am very fond of steve manko and his staff. i was 24 when i first came to him with my case. a stressful and beyond emotional custody battle with a very toxic man. My mother and I went it for some paperwork a few weeks ago. We arrived 15 minutes early. 15 mins past our scheduled time, we were told we need to reschedule due to a hold up. My mother took a half day at work for the newly rescheduled time and has to drive 30 minutes to reach the law office from home. During the rescheduling we asked them to inform us if it was going to be delayed again. My mother does not have extra money or time to waste. On the day of our rescheduled meeting, my mother called to ask a few questions and informed them we would be there. We arrived 10 minutes early. 15 minutes after our scheduled time, there was zero update and we walked out. Stephan A Manko has the WORST customer service. He's extremely rude with a $3800 retainer fee, that he will take regardless if he completes the case or not. My father recently passed away in an extremely messy case before it started, Stephan ignored our calls, dropped the case and said because he's dead there's nothing more he wants to help with and the retainer fee was kept. Extremely disrespectful lawyer, unprofessional, hard to get ahold of, would not recommend. UPDATE: Stephan is absolutely incorrect about what he knows about my father. My father would have never retained him if he knew that he would completely disregard his case with a 10 year old child involved. Stephen lacks empathy. He's rude and will disregard your feelings. If you want a good lawyer I suggest looking elsewhere.

After receiving alarming mail from another law office TWO days AFTER a court date, I quickly hired Steve and I am so glad I did. He took everything I had and is working on my case. I am able to rest my mind knowing someone I can trust is taking care of things for me. Highly recommend hiring Steve if you want someone you can trust to take care of things.
