Mr. Cole made a decision to postpone a closing of a house because of his personal vacation. He did not need to be at the event and resulted in an additional $6,000 in out of pocket costs for my family. He had no remorse when confronted with this fact.
Mr. Cole made decisions without consulting me, the client, on more than one occasion. These decisions and their outcome did not benefit me. As a matter of fact, they cost me more in time, money and delay of my case. He never had my best interest nor do I feel he properly represented me. The majority of my interaction with Mr. Cole was with the office Secretary who forgot to send paperwork and neglected followup work. I would not recommend this attorney.
Doesn't know head from tail.
There were some rocky points and communication was not consistent.
Very helpful and easy to communicate with.
