Mr. Michael Mascetti is an Elder Law Lawyer who is competent, not after enriching himself, and provides excellent advice for the benefit of the elderly. To us, he is an angel👼🏼. Our 90-year old mother had a fall that resulted in encephalopathy - could not swallow and could only utter the first word of what she wanted to verbalize. We were told by her PCP on Thursday morning that hers is a feeding bag case which is problematic; that we should take her to the hospital later in the day on Friday. We consulted Attorney Mascetti on Thursday evening who advised us to take our mother to NYU Hospital and to go there EARLY on Friday morning so that specialists could still examine our mother before the weekend.
