I have known Larry Steiner and his wife for approximately 35 years. I have dealt with his office on numerous real estate closings while I worked in the mortgage business. These dealings were always thorough, courteous, prompt and professional. I have also dealt with Larry regarding my personal estate issues (living trust, will, POA, etc. and have found him to be thorough and professional , over and above our personal relationship. His daughter, Amy, has assisted a couple of times and I have found her to be the same. I highly recommend this office for your personal estate and real estate needs. Amy was the least professional person we've ever dealt with in a transaction. It's easier to get a rock on the phone. The lack of professionalism in communication and deliberate avoidance of import conversations was detrimental to our transaction. Time is money, do not use this firm if either are important to you.
