Gave me an estimate of $10-$15K to complete the work, but charged $36K without getting any real work done! Spent tons of time to chit chat and couldn't provide me with clear documentation of the work plan. In the end, they admitted that they never handled a similar profile like mine so they couldn't work out my case. Well, that doesn't stop them from charging the ridiculous bill on me. From when I requested to pause the contract to the final bill, they managed to add another $10K cost although I already requested to cut the cost and not to do any work. The attached is the aggressive bills posted by them after I requested to pause the contract. Except for a meeting which they "offered" not to charge me (but they did), the rest of the billing were on the emails which they tried to convince

I asked them to help with a tax matter with the irs. They told me it was done and charged me $900. It was not done and I’m still dealing with the irs manner on my own. I don’t recommend them.

Ambulance chasers. They sued me on behalf of their client because of a fender bender. My insurance covered all costs, they sued me on top of that. Case was dismissed by the court. You know better, you should have advised your client about the likely outcome. Wasted everybody’s time. Avoid
