Atty. Waters had prepared our wills several years ago. He and his staff were always very professional and courteous. Apparently, Attorney Waters has retired and new attorneys are in place. Our son passed away last week and I called today to just get a simple yes or no answer to questions.Tosay by the way is the day my son was cremated. I was told I needed an appointment as they are run in a business. Perhaps instead of focusing on the bottom line they could do business with more caring and heart.
