I called SM&P to help with a child support case. The attorney claimed to be able to help. I sent over all the necessary paperwork and money to file and set my back child support case into motion. Randy Sabatini is the laziest and unorganized attorney. Beware hiring this firm. They are very expensive and do the bare minimum. He doesn't show up to hearings, he doesn't tell you when you have hearings, he doesn't file subpoenas, motions, or injunctions and his billing is not accurate and he refuses to fix it, stating that after 30 days, too bad so sad. I could go on and on, but the fact is, if you want to have a terrible experience with an attorney and lose your case, hire these people. A much better choice would be Ashely Carlile in canton, she actually works for results. If you choose Sabatini, you choose sabotage. Even though I ended up dismissing my case and reconciling. Dominic was a pretty cool dude. He had a team of strong women behind him.
