Probation for murder? You guys suck. You have a dead person. A 911 call of admitting to shooting him. Claiming self defense with no marks on her. Not a single mark. Please explain to me how you don't have sufficient evidence? Apparently you can just shoot people and get probation in Seminole County....

Dissapointed in how they are bias for women with regards to family court. Still waiting for help 8 months after crimes. I get the run around in person (they stepped out, ill have em reach out, but they never did) and over the phone worse. No representation for male victim assistance. This isnt the first time either. Updates: I got a phone call from a state attorney assistant. She said she couldn’t see where the crime was, I explained we had a court order from the judge whom also gave her a Felony Perjury. This AST had the audacity to then claim that despite the judge, she had the ultimate say and she did not see nothing wrong. And that she would just hang up on me if i interrupted her. That she doesn’t care about what I had to say. That cost me a lengthy separation from my kid

My 17 year old was shot and murdered on new years day 2018. Feliciano was the attorney for the state to handle his case. This man is awful. He has zero people skills. He told us that Bryce was no angel. He also said he would not take it to trial because all it would take is one person of color to be on the jury and to think we were targeting due race. We had the DNA and the prints. I never even saw color I saw a killer. This person went from felony capital murder charges to manslaughter. They used the oopsie defense. The gun accidently went off. As a concerned parent of Jamichael Warner case# 20230002106. I am compelled to bring to your attention the unjust treatment he have received from Seminole County Justice Department and Seminole County State's Attorney's office in Stanford. My son has formally requested proper representation from a public defender who would generally considered his concerns. Unfortunately, his initial public defender demonstrated a like of Interest, leading him to request a replacement, which was not accommodated. Furthermore, at the October 1st 2024 trial scheduling conference his public defender Connor Taylor was notably absent, and a substitute defender. unfamiliar with the case without prior consultation. It appears there may be some discrepancy....A concerned parent...Ms. T. Warner

The only reason I gave one star was because the secretary for Mr. Hastings was very nice and helped as much as she was authorized to, but as for the state attorney himself I really don't understand how he sleeps at night when people that have money can rape and murder and get less time than the people who "steal" for example and can't afford to fight and end up with 20-30+ years and the murderer gets 7 years. I can't be the only person that feels this way?
