Stamm Law did a great job helping me file my LLC a few years back and then about a year later, they helped me change the name of the LLC. That went flawless. The communication after the check clears is another story. This past week I have contacted the lawyer who helped me with my LLC that went unanswered, so I called and spoke with one of the associates a few days ago who said they would take care of my request - and there has been no contact from them for three days. Do yourself a favor and be sure to read reviews (from different review sites if possible) to see how your potential law office treats their customers after the check is cleared.
