I also want to highlight Paralegal Stacy Mascitti, who was exceptional throughout the process. Her efficiency, professionalism, and outstanding communication kept everything on track. Don’t waste your time. I wasn’t given the opportunity to speak or be heard during my consultation . From the start, I was talked over and treated rudely the entire time. It felt rushed, like the only focus was on quick turnovers rather than client care. I do not recommend Stacy for legal representation. I ultimately won 50/50 custody on my own, despite her lack of effort and failure to present the evidence I had provided. Every piece of “evidence” — emails, photos, documents, and calls — was billed to me, yet most of it was never used in court. Stacy also made several racially insensitive comments toward me as a Hispanic client, such as, “Don’t be like all these Mexicans bringing your whole family with you.” She repeatedly brought up her personal life and custody situation instead of focusing on my case, which I found highly unprofessional. Despite providing police reports, CPS documentation, and photos showing injuries my son sustained while in his mother’s care, she still refused to advocate strongly on my behalf.
