I sold my house in Ozark, and my realtor picked this office of Spivey Ladonna for the closing. I came to sign papers for an appointment that was scheduled before. However, I was asked to wait for an hour (yes, an hour!) for Alicia, who was sitting with another client in the other room. After an hour, she popped her head out, looked at the seven questions regarding my wire documents that I had already signed, and said nothing much to me. She did not even apologize. The new receptionist was polite but clueless, and after an hour of waiting, she finally gave me the documents regarding the power of attorney. The task of answering seven questions and signing the power of attorney took me ten minutes, but altogether I had to sit in this office for 70 minutes, and did not even receive an apology

I highly recommend them! She does great work with reasonable prices. I recently bought some land and she had all the paperwork ready within 2 weeks and it took us 5 minutes to sign and everything was good to go. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I can only tell you good things about this place, the front lady, and Ladonna Spivey. I have done two business transactions using their service and I have being treated with up most courtesy and professionalism. From timing to accuracy of the paper work and price range they are great. In the future I expect to make more business with them.

Ms. Spivey is an excellent attorney. She handled our mortgage paperwork and she had it all in order and ready for us to close. The closing didn't take long as she had everything prepared before we arrived. She explained it all and then we signed the papers and we were on our way.

They were absolutely great to work with, super informative and got the job done quick. Definitely recommend
