The owner was rude, difficult, and entitled. Communication was poor, and he provided broken cleaning equipment, then complained about the results. I arrived on time and used the supplies provided, but they were broken or ineffective. Despite doing my best with what was available, the owner Kevin was unreasonably critical afterward. Not a fair or respectful experience.Definitely not a pleasant experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Especially when he's trying to ruin a small business meanwhile boost his ego.

I highly recommend Spirit West. They are pleasant, very knowledgeable, thorough and provide everything you need for executing your trust.

We were very pleased with having all our questions answered and now being able to understand our living trust. It was a reasonable cost and we are able to call ANYTIME with questions in the future. Very professional. We are very happy we came into their office.

Jonathan made this process very easy for us. He answered all of our questions as we went along, even some we didn’t know we had. His main focus was to make sure we understood every step to allow all our needs to be met.
