Five years ago Annette Hines assisted my family in creating my mother's estate plan. I now have an issue with a trust she drafted. I contacted the office as I have questions and concerns. Her office advised me that Attorney Hines will not speak with me about this. I have not asked for assistance or representation, simply information that I am happy to pay the firms going rate for. I was not informed for the reason for this refusal despite my asking. Additionally, during the process of her representing my family, she was slow to respond to emails and calls and treated me in a way that was condescending and patronizing.
