He was always quick to respond when I needed his help, and he made sure I was receiving the correct information. No communication whatsoever. You leave messages with Secretary, email the staff, etc., never return your call. Attorney ignores you, urgent or not. Go to the doctor or see specialists, they ask you questions regarding your case and it’s very embarrassing to reply, “I don’t know what’s going on with my case. Attorney never give me an update when they go to court, via letter, telephone, nor email. I have not a clue the status of my case” Doctors has complained of not reaching the attorney or receiving returned calls from that firm. Poor communication. I referred three cases to this office previously and all three people chewed my head for referring them to Sparagna. Now, I refer others to someone else and I’m hearing how the law firm really care about the clients and staff communicates well.

My personal experience with The firm has not nothing but exceptional. They treated me as if we have known each other for year's. Frances has communicated with me and I feel like they are really going to bat for me. I'm looking forward to the outcome. Thank you again Frances and Diana
